MICROPROBE TO SHOW STRONG PRESENCE AT SEMICON WEST 2011
SAN JOSE, Calif., June 23, 2011—At this year’s SEMICON West tradeshow and conference, MicroProbe will show a strong presence through its participation in two important technology events. Company CEO, Dr. Mike Slessor will join discussions on technology trends that are presenting new opportunities for suppliers of wafer test equipment to the semiconductor industry.
